the location is super nice, right by the bridge in the village. my room was pretty big compared to other places i stayed at. the breakfast was lovley and made with good local stuff, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. also had a great view of the river which was really relaxing. really enjoyed my stay!
the shower was tiny and old, hard to use if you're tall. also, had to wait a while for a parking spot even tho there's a public car park close.

The staff displayed warmth and concern throughout our stay. The cooked breakfast was delightful, setting a lovely tone for our mornings.
The river outside can be quite loud, which may not suit everyone.

We had a lovely stay exploring Boscastle with our kids. The breakfast choices were excellent, and we loved watching ducks by the river. Plus, it was a quick drive to Tintagel Castle, which was a hit with everyone in the family.
My children wanted more heating in the room. It was chilly at times, especially at night.

Fantastic food and cozy vibes
Really enjoyed my stay in this lovely spot! The food was amazing, especially the dinner – I had this chicken cassoulet that was just yummy! The room was comfy and a nice size too. Only bummer was that service was a bit slow at times. cute place in a stunning village!

I adored the traditional decor of The Riverside, which is charming and suits the age of the building perfectly. The views of the river were a wonderful sight to wake up to each morning, adding to the relaxing atmosphere.
Narrow staircases might challenge those with mobility issues.

A Delightful Culinary Experience!
I savored the biggest Sunday roast I've ever had, with a delicious selection of three meats and flavorful vegetables. The service was attentive, making me feel right at home. Don’t miss the Malteser cheesecake for dessert. it’s a sweet finish to a perfect meal!

would want to stay there again
Loved the view of the river from the room! It had a private bathroom with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and free toiletries. The room was cozy with heating and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast included a variety of vegan options and was ordered via an iPad, making it super easy. The atmosphere was charming.

Fantastic stay with great views and food options
We had a fantastic stay that lasted three nights. Our room was lovely, offering great views of the river and the surrounding nature. The cleanliness was impressive, and the staff made our experience even better with their friendly and helpful service. The breakfast options were top-notch, catering well to plant-based diets, and we enjoyed dining at the restaurant each night due to the quality of the meals. One thing to be aware of is the number of stairs, which might pose a challenge for those with mobility issues.
